Airport Shuttles and Ground Transport
- Travel passes for public or mass
transportation offers a good deal and can save you some
money.
- Trains are often cheaper than shorter flights
and/or for getting to and from an airport.
In Paris, both the regional network trains to City centre
and the TGV (Trains de Grande Vitesse - High Speed Trains)
leave directly from Charles de Gaulle airport.

- Using shuttles are a good way to share
cab-fares if you're traveling alone
- Taxis are convenient but rarely worth the
price. If you do hire a taxi, consider asking someone to
split the fare with you.
