Created in 1897, this hilly and woodland course plays within sight of the cliffs with many of the holes on the 6,321 yards, Par 70 course being played out on a plateau overlooking the sea.
It's notoriously tricky with the sea wind coming into play on several holes and thick pines lining the fairway on others. Situated near the town centre, the traditionally Normandy style clubhouse is warm and friendly.

The charming harbour town of Port en Bessin is located near the beaches with attractions such as the museum at Arromanches just down the coast and the town of Bayeux (of tapestry fame) within five minutes drive.
