Jean Baptiste Natali, member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe
association is not satisfied with brilliantly taking over the
well known family business; he is brave enough to move a few
houses away.
The new establishment will reflect his personality and will
keep all the subtleties that gave the Auberge de la Montagne
its glory.
This young Chef’s cuisine is inventive, colourful and spiced
up by a mixing of flavours in perfect doses that will no doubt
charm the most demanding palates.
The welcome and service are exceptional thanks to Hélène
Natali’s never ceasing attentions; she is always there for her
guests.
The ideal gourmet menu composed by the Chef is a journey through
his specialties and offers a large range of choices.
