Lost in the garrigue, facing the Luberon and with a view out to the ochres of the Roussillion, Le Phébus is a traditional Provence house, looking down on the valley.

The hotel is built on the remains of the Templars and the services offered are really something special, with a wonderful quality to them: suites, private swimming pools, tennis courts and a beautiful garden.

Moreover, Le Phébus can pride itself with a famous restaurant, a well known spot for grande cuisine, with Xavier Mathieu as its Chef.

He has managed to combine gourmet cuisine with Provence traditions, Mediterranean dishes with fresh products from the market.

A pupil of Joël Rebuchon, the Chef is also son of the house, a bit of an artist and a poet, who knows how to play with the products of the market and of the region to create inventive and daring cuisine. The main notion here is undoubtedly creativity.

The dining room is sober and elegant, and is perfect for enjoying a dinner with friends, unless the climate tempts you out on the terrace or the very special "garden terrace".
