Stations serving clients

In each of these stations served by the future TGV EST EUROPEEN, easy access, comfort, friendliness will be developed. Clients will access or leave easily their trains, by public transport, TER, taxi or individual vehicles thanks to relevant connections and specific facilities around the stations (parking, signage in town…).

Once in the station, the customers will quickly find their TGV, spotting easily the platforms and helped as will by dedicated TGV zones installed in large stations.

Besides this, customers will enjoy their time more in the stations, with a friendlier environment and the set up of “new generation” services. New and varied shops; new sales spaces with reinforced reception, friendlier waiting, better access for handicapped people, internet connection with the wireless system “WIFI”…
