Cherry clafoutis
Cherries, blended into tender custard-like pastry, bring a slightly
"tart" note to the
sugary taste of this seasonal dessert.

Ingredients (for 6 people)
Procedure
- Butter a mould. Stone the cherries and put
them on the bottom of the mould. Spread them out evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 210°C. Put the flour in a
bowl. Add the eggs and whisk the mixture.
- Add the granulated sugar and the vanilla
sugar, milk and the double cream. Mix it well.
- Pour over the cherries. Bake for 30 to 40
minutes in hot oven.
- Don't remove the cake from its mould, rather,
serve it directly in the porcelain mould. Powder with icing sugar.
How to Serve :
Serve warm.
