Wines
The Côtes de Provence (Côte d'Azur)
produces some very charming wines.
The reds are full-bodied
and full-flavored.
The rosés are light,
fresh and fruity,
The whites are
full-bodied, dry, sometimes slightly sparkling. They are
exceptionally fine with fish and shellfish.
Côtes de Provence wines
should be drunk when they are young.
