This is a free service available in about 400 stations across France. If you require assistance boarding you should turn up 30 minutes before your train leaves. Wheelchairs and boarding ramps are also available if required. More information in French only.

Your lost property is registered and information is available online for one month. Cost of 5€ or 10€ to claim your object.


Getting to and from the station

Taxi:
If you’ve booked a taxi, it’ll be waiting at ‘Arrivée Sud’. Non-booked taxis wait at ‘Arrivée Nord’.

Bus:
Catch the shuttle bus from the bus station on the Arrivals side (Pavillon ‘Arrivée’). It runs every 15-20 minutes, taking around 10 minutes to reach the bus station next to Avignon Town Centre Station. Expect to pay around €2 one-way.
