Gare de Bercy is near the centre of the city, close to Gare de Lyon and Gare de l’Austerlitz. If you’re travelling to Gare du Nord by Eurostar and need to get here to catch a connecting train, public transport is on hand.
Gare de Bercy was originally designed for sleeper trains running overnight routes. Sleepers still run from the station into Rome, Florence or Bologna in Italy. While the luxury Elipsos sleeper train leaves every night for Barcelona in Spain.
But today the station also welcomes the Autotrain – a service that carries passengers’ vehicles across France.

If you require assistance boarding you should turn up 30 minutes before your train leaves. Wheelchairs and boarding ramps are also available if required.
Getting to the station from the Eurostar terminal –
You should catch RER line B from Gare du Nord to Châtelet and then Line 14 of the Metro to Gare de Bercy. The journey takes around half an hour. A single ticket (known as a t Ticket) costs €1.60.

Your best bet is to catch the Number 65 from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon. From there you can take the short walk to Gare de Bercy.
If you’ve got a lot of baggage, you can take a taxi from Gare du Nord. To avoid long queues at the taxi rank, pre-book by calling G7 Taxis on +33 1 41 27 66 99 (lines are open 24/7).
The walk from Gare du Nord clocks in at about 4 miles if you’re feeling very energetic.
Getting from the station into the city By Metro/RER –
The Metro and RER trains run from the station across the city. The fare is €1.60 (known as a t Ticket) for a single journey. Or you can buy a Paris Visite Pass valid for unlimited travel from 1, 2, 3 or 5 days.
The Number 24 bus passes by the station. From there it runs along the River Seine passing the Louvre before heading north across the river and terminating at Gare Saint Lazare.

The station is just a stroll from some of the city’s major attractions, including the Louvre just 15-minutes away.
